  • 1 carrot, finely chopped

  • ¼ cup green peas

  • ¼ cup beans, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts (optional)

  • 2½ cups water

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

  • Lemon wedges for serving

Step-by-Step Method:-

Step 1: Roast the Semolina

Heat 1 tablespoon of A2 Bilona Ghee in a pan.

Add the semolina and roast on low flame for 4–5 minutes until it becomes aromatic and slightly golden.
